Does anyone know if you can raise troops without a General (example: city garrison troops). Or can you split an army to create without a General??
You cannot. Maybe it will be modded by our good folks at Total War Center but as of right now it cannot be done.
take 1 new army
-go to details
-then at force details look on the left of the little window to see the lvl of the force(legion/army)
-press F2 and look again ,
-you ca go up to lvl 9
-then press F3 to max xp ( 1 fight and lvl 10)
-again detail press F4 for all the skills ,
-F4 after that again to stop spawn unnecesary skill points
the same operation for the generals/ diplomats/ spy/ champions
have fun ( sorry for bad english )
Yeah verified that this works, I use this method myself all the time aswell. This does not just work for generals it also works for agents, champions, dignitaries and the forces/legions. The unlimited skills option does not work for fleets.
