It's a disgrace that developers make that many patches for some games. I can't imagine how frustrating it must be to make that many trainer updates for one game. Thanks for everything you guys do

I find this policy to be quite insulting to say the least. I personally have payed the annual fee for the main reason of being supportive to this website. I generally felt to buy the life time membership even when it was offered at a very cheap price would be a disservice to you guys as you gave quality work.

Sadly I feel you have alienated individuals like myself who have willingly payed much much more then the majority of you life time members. If this is how you plan on treating members who have supported and enjoyed your product over the years I don't see much reasons to continue to do so.

There's been a donation link on the Site FAQ for years now for lifetime members...

Again though I am giving my "donation" by choosing to pay more over the long run with buying Annual memberships. I really feel like I am being screwed over for being a loyal customer to you guys over the years.

With that said, is there any policy in order to allow annual members who have been actively paying for so many years to get Life Time membership at a cheaper rate? I just feel like there are a portion of your members out there that are being shafted by this new policy and it would go a long way if you guys reached out to members who fit my criteria and give us at least some deal on purchasing your life time memberships.

Unfortunately not. You could have upgraded to lifetime at any point in the past when discount codes were offered. We may offer some kind of lifetime discount after the first of year. Again, this policy affects less than 0.5% of our trainers. That is not being "shafted".

Issue for me is when more then half of the over 20 patch list I currently own. And out of those that I own there are about six of them installed currently on my PC. So that .5% does actually affect me quite a lot and generally ****es me off that you guys seem to not care in the slightest to how that affects customers that have been supportive of you.

But I will not continue this pointless rant with you guys as you have chosen your stance on the matter. I will not continue my membership with your company because of this matter though. I have greatly enjoyed all the previous work you guys have done over the years but it saddens me to see how you simply brush off long term customers in this way.

It also disturbs me to see how the "unlimited access" that was previously offered for annual membership was so easily removed. This shows me that I cannot trust your current promise that a life time membership would not be affected in the future as Neo pointed out that it is a fluid agreement that your company can change at anytime. You might also want to remove the "unlimited" from your annual membership as that is simply untrue and misleading at this point.
