borderlands 2 is the only game that seems to be giving me this error when i try to play

full error message "Failed to create the D3D9 Device! This can happen if the desktop is locked. Exiting..."

i looked on the net for ways to fix it i tried reseting files google links said might fix it but its still happening

has been happening for a few days worked fine monday stopped working tuesday no idea what to do without uninstalling the game


also borderlands 2 when does start as it gets to setting up sesson a different message apears saying "Fatal error!"
