I'll have to try it on the problem computer later, because now my son is up and on level 19 in Zombies, BO2 However, the laptop upstairs (3rd computer), which I am typing on also has the same problem.

Another possible related symptom of this problem is I cannot access the Cheathappens site if I am logged in, on IE9. From Chrome I can log in, but if I close Chrome and try to re-enter logged in, it will only show the top part of the page. IF I log out, no problem accessing the site.

So... doing a clean reboot changed none of the symptoms of accessing the Cheathappens site as described from the laptop (3rd computer). The laptop has W7, 32 bit and same software running AVG, Malware, etc.

Does clearing your Chrome cache and/or cookies fix the issue?

Not being able to access CH from IE is likely your problem. Like I said, the trainers use IE to authenticate. You probably have some kind of addon or extension enabled that is blocking our site. The AVG toolbar is known to do this (among other things).

BTW, an offline key is still a solution. Otherwise you may just need to take your PC to an expert and have them troubleshoot the issue for you.
