I noticed after using the trainer the game save gets tagged and achievements are disabled, I only play in single player. Is there any way around this? I'm an achievement w****. Thanks

I don't know if its going to work in EU IV, but in EU III I logged off from their servers (not steam, paradox) I loaded the save without activating the trainer (F1) then logged on to their servers and achievements were registered to my save game and account, then activated trainer...

what do you mean logged off paradox servers? I don't understand. I play on steam. How would I do this?

achievements are only available in iron-man mode

are you trolling or does playing iron mode with the trainer actually work?

You can't use console commands in iron-man mode.

Why would someone want to have achievements gained by using a trainer?

When we choose to use these great trainers it's for OUR fun and game play enjoyment, not for posting achievements that are compared and listed along with what other people have done without a trainer.

IMHO, achievement gains from a trainer is cheating and all of us should avoid it so our friends here a CH don't get the negative feedback that could possibly come from it.

Trainer = Personal Play, Personal Fun Off Line.

No Trainer = Community Play, Community Fun Online.
