Like Bonaggy, I have some physical disabilities that make it hard for me, if not impossible, to complete certain events on a timer. It was that way for me in, say, Tomb Raider 2013 too, and various other games.
I wasn't amongst the "100 pages of people complaining that it didn't work and was useless." Nonetheless, I reported, rather neutrally, I believe, that the '0' counter hasn't been working for me.
So, for future reference, like a poster before me, I'd like to ask whether there's a specific way you want us to report back on a certain functionality, or lack thereof, without offense being given.
And yes, if at all possible, I'd like the timers back, please. I think most of us can handle the maturity of realizing the timers come with the caveat that they may not always work.
Well I think its because when people tend to use a board to post what they dislike about something instead of giving praise to it. I mean you can look at some of my posts on here and more often than not they are praising your work (along the lines of "if I were a gal I would so love to have your love child" and "when I have my first child I am giving it to you as an offering". I think while the time option is giving some people problems (those who cant read the limitations of it and the directions to use it) there are a majority of people who have used it correctly and have enjoyed the experience but their posts of praise are outshadowed by those who for whatever reason cant understand that there is only so much yall can do with options. So while it might look like everyone was jumping all over the trainer because of that time option there were a whole bunch of people who loved it.
Now its your trainer and you can do with it as you please but I would just say "Here's the trainer with the time option, if you can't follow directions and use it correctly then that's your problem and not ours". But hey if you want to pull the option then go ahead, heck you can pull the trainer completely if you don't want to deal with the negative Nancy's. I am just saying that there are people out there who do like the trainer and liked the time feature.
I was hoping for a simple code injection from one of the previous versions to help make the Freeze timer function like it use to.
I am sorry to hear that some people did have the functioning trainer options to run from like I did from the Build released on 8/21 but was even more saddened by that fact that people that did take the note from my notice and didn't read the directions on how to properly use the Freeze Timer function before posting in here saying that it didn't work while in fact an earlier build of the Freeze Timer Function worked perfectly fine.
I guess what I am saying is.. can we please get the freeze timer function back. I know the store timer option was causing problems for me, but I didn't have any issue with the Freeze Timer at all.

Now my options are to try the events, fail, and get frustrated or simply not do the events.
Guess I know next time I'll make sure to post that something that doesn't work for someone else works for me so there's at least once voice hoping that it doesn't get removed.

I would agree with what you said. Heck I even asked not to have Freeze Timer removed if they planned to remove something. I know the first build of the trainer had a few issues in only Tank Mayhem but that was because it was un-known that the Freeze Timer was not only tied to the Timer but was also tied into the Combo bar freezing.
