This is so ****ing weird, I was able to find the address for specific weapon mods to alter their stock, but now an hour later, I can't for the life of me do it again. What the hell is going on with this game.
I looked at the stock in the game. it appears to me that either the game doesn't actually have those items loaded into the game yet, or you have to wait until you get them as drops or something. otherwise I haven't been able to isolate the stock of items that start with 0 stock for now.
I had no luck for now with weapon mods.

Terrible news.
Can't expect miracles, but I'd lie if I said that weapon mods cheat wouldn't make life a lot easier.
If it's down to having a pointer to each and every one of the items, well, realistically we're probably not going to see this feature in the trainer. Sad indeed.
Did you consider or look into instant picklocking/ziptying/helping teammates etc.?

I noticed weapon mods are drops from the random card things post mission. As are most masks/mask mods.

I got a "tank" barrel as one of my drops. The fact the rest arn't "Level" locked is what has led me to this conclusion.
