Just do Rats on Overkill Pro job
Then burn the Meth in the first day.
the second day do whatever you want (if you want some money from the mission look after the intel)
but else end the day as quickly as possible
the third day, if you got the intel get the money if not just leave
give about 250k Exp each time and can be done in less than 15minuts.
and you can just hack in offshore money to buy the mission.

As Nekpek says, just use the Rats Overkill Pro Job mission, and if you want a small extra boost, use the Give Exp key (Num 2) during the missions for some extra.
Otherwise, I suggest as been said before.. Go to any simple basic mission, turn off the sound of your PC, Press and Hold the key Num 2, add Shift (while holding Num 2), then release Num 2 and Shift... Num 2 will then be stuck and will repeatedly give experience over and over.
Then leave the PC for an hour and you'll have Rank 100...
Just a heads up that the trainer has been broken as of yesterday's update
CH trainer is still working fine. I tested it earlier today.
