Police detect me all the time on new maps... like Fire starter, My friend said it was working perfect last night, and now it doesn't work, and mine doesn't also?
Same happened to me.. the trainer needs an update in order to work properly, not newer options or cheats like they're saying, they whole cheats included in the trainer are enough to make look overkill like a tutorial level.

I just used it this moment and everything works flawlessly.
I do play in Crime.Net Offline though when running the trainer, in case you are doing that differently.
I too am having trouble with the cops being alerted despite using the trainer. It worked like gangbusters last night; tonight I can get ammo and god mode, but the cops get alerted no matter what. I play in crime.net online with friends when I try using it, fwiw.

no idea if any options work online. if you dare try them online, likely YOU need to be the server.
