using CoSMOS i was able to change the quantity of my weapon mods but it was very time consuming since the lowest i could get the search down to was like maybe a few hundred addresses. once u find one though u can sometimes get lucky and find the others by looking at they addresses very close to the last. and for getting unlocks all i found to do was farm 4 stores on any difficulty (4 minutes max) and jewelry store on normal (45-60 second) do those in offline mode and ull gets unlocks fast
i tried doing that for the the tactical stock and ended with about 12 adresses even if i change them all nothing happens same goes if i change them all and lock them, their amount changes to number of the tactical stock in stock number no matter how many times i try XD
That is not entirely true.
If you read my other post, I've managed to modify my level to 100.
As level 100, I did not get a single Electric Center.
The loot drop is tied to your level, it is just so happened that for any level near 25, the drop for Electric Center is higher.
As level 100, the drop I've gained as follows.
Cleared progress, actual level 1, modified to level 100. First loot, some high end scope. Don't know the name because I only had standard rifle unlocked, unable to check the mod.
Legit level 25, modified to level 100. All kinds of mods + 35%-ish cash loot.
I managed to mass alter addresses and get level 150 as an example.
It did not unlock the other weapons, or allow you to buy them, but I did also notice a new pattern in loot drops.
The way I did it, well search for 25 in float. I got about 2000 addresses.
Now add all that says just 25, don't add any with , on them.
Now go back and forth between options menu, skill screen and inventory a few times, this will alter some of the values and you can cut them.
You should be left with about 300 values.
Then I just changed them in batches. 50 each batch, checked if they altered the level, if they didn't I reserved them back to 25, next batch and so on. Eventually I got to a batch that changed my reputation/level. Then I started to go down that batch so I eventually only had changed the correct address. Took me about 20 minutes but it wasn't really worth it. 1 because it doesn't unlock the new weapons, and 2 because it doesn't save after you exit and enter the game again you're back to 25.
