Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I get to the cheathappens.com/trainerdl.asp?injID=34164 page where you click the I accept box, but before that comes up I get an error that says the link is invalid. I'm going for the Need for Speed: Most Wanted 2012 1.5 trainer. Figured I'd post here before I message Chris and annoy him.

Works fine here. Clear all browser, system, DNS and network device caches and cookies. Try different browsers, etc. If using AVG, get rid of it.

I'm getting the same out of all the trainers, might be my issue...But the constant logging me off I'm pretty sure isn't my issue, but I stay logged in for a minute and then poof I'm logged out.

As with any tech support issue...It just wouldn't be the same without an unusual turn of events; seems it is working now.

We've been updating our DNS settings and switching to another security provider which might cause some issues like that until everything is fully switched over.

Just to add in on the topic here, I'm trying to grab a trainer for Torchlight II myself. I can't download that one due to a 404 error but the more recent trainers are fine.

I get this 404 error when it's customizing my download. Since the other trainer downloads work I assume it's due to the transfer, but thought you'd just like to get some more information on this just in case.

That would certainly make sense. I tried a different browser earlier for that trainer and it worked, but then using that same browser a different one gave me a 404 at the same stage. I usually use Chrome, which seems to be fine now, but if it's sporadic (I'm glad I'm not the only one) than it's most likely what they're doing.
