I emailed the admin already but no reply... As far as I can remember I did not troll or cuss. I merely stated that the trainer is indicating a virus... This is a lifetime unlimited account and I've downloaded 4-5 trainers... starcraft 2, witcher 2, batman:AC none of them were working... I don't know why the admins think I'm trolling, isn't it my right to complain for something I payed for but is unusable. Is it possible to get a refund?

I hope I don't get banned for this. But I can see where you are coming from as a small business owner myself I can see how there verbal communication can sometimes be rough. However it is understandable as there are only 3 guys pumping out hundreds of trainers. And I bet they are not making much money off it as membership is unlimited.

Sorry this happened to you and I hope you get it worked out. Next time read the general flow of the forum's before you post. It's obvious asking kindly and being nice is the right approach.

You posted multiple private and confidential emails from an admin on our public message boards. Even after your posts were removed, you continued to post more. You then accused us of putting viruses in our downloaded files. When you were told multiple times that it was merely a false positive, you continued to exclaim that our files contain viruses, damaging our brand and scaring off potential new customers. It is for these reasons that you account was terminated.

You purchased a lifetime membership for $59.95 on March 17, 2012. The price of a yearly membership is $49.95. You used your account for 15+ months which would come to $74.95. Therefore, you do not qualify for a refund.

Out the 3 games you listed I can guarantee 2 of them work for me, I don't own Batman:AC so I couldn't tell you but what I can tell you is out of the past 6 years and hundreds of games on multiple machines and OS's I haven't had one trainer that couldn't deliver.

As like other programs out there; trainers inject themselves into games and a AV will flag them as possible virus and I'm pretty sure some if not most AV will let you know it's a possible false positive but like most good AV's it doesn't want to take the chance and says you should quarantine it anyways.

Now that doesn't speak for all trainers Caliber does occasionally send out messed up trainer that has got some silly bug in it but he is here to fix it within the day.

I'm not sure about anyone else but I'm pretty effing tired of people coming here and spewing out crap because they can't comprehend this site and its reality for what it really is.

So I will get to the bottom of it, the reason your trainers didn’t work is because you didn’t bother listening to any one when they told you disable your AV or add the trainer.exe to the exceptions list of your AV. Therefore your AV continues to block the usage of the your trainers. Link Here is trouble shooting guide.

Pwizard has spoken and the technically speaking BAN hammer has been dropped, I would recommend someone locking this thread before it turns into a flame war!

I was simply asking you why the trainer did not work instead you gave me a link to the forums and told me "Current trainer is tested and working with corresponding game version" when I checked it there were a lot of complaints.and I NEVER ACCUSED you or anyone in this forum for putting virus in your trainers I actually posted false positive and even gave the trojan code so you could hopefully check it, instead you turn my paid "lifetime" account inactive then posts "can I get a facepalm"... and what is this multiple times your talking about twice is multiple times? You reply to your email with sarcasm and expect a paying customer to happily take that? Sure your making trainers/hacks/cheats you're too busy too ****ed off because you're having a hard time keeping up with the games and the competition I understand that I'm a programmer too... but you put up a business and with clients that pay you should also have proper support it's not free and not that cheap... If you think you paying client is hurting you because he/she is reporting that there is a potential harm from the software you made you're wrong I was concerned and was just giving my feedback... I don't need to post bad things about the admins here to hurt your business you're doing that yourself by being overly intolerant. I have at least 5 business' all active and all about services as long as the client complaints are within reason then we'll resolve it together... not throw a jab and expect a smile. This is not meant to disrespect anyone here just a professional advise.
