Update
I apologize, but I just got rid of this thing myself, another search by malwarebytes fixed everything. Thanks to anyone who would try to help, or thank you neo, since you always try to help me with my stupid PC problems. lol Mods can lock this topic.
There's this Trojan on my PC, it messes up my PC when I try to shut down, everytime I shutdown a screen that looks like "The Blue screen of death" appears for less than a second then the PC restarts instead of turning off. When it turns on, a doss window opens with something about "Trojan.exe" written in it. I open the task manager ---> Processes and the Trojan.exe is there, when I try to end it's process, the PC restarts in the same way it does when I try to shut down. I tried this porgram Neo (I think) once sent me called "RoughKiller" while it scans, the PC restarts in the exact same way. I tried Malwarebytes and it detected multiple Trojans but it didn't solve this problem. Is there anything I can do to get rid of this thing?

Run that through and when it's finished click on "Fix selected problems" that will obviously kill the trojan that is invading your pc and trying to rape and pillage it.
If it's an especially annoying one you may have to go into safe mode in order to get rid of it, (Just spam f8 after rebooting your pc then select safe mode) then run through spybot again etc.
Also Aliens.

When dealing with any virus, trojan or malware.. always go into safe mode with NO networking.
This limits what is loaded during the environment startup, but this is not a 100% guarantee as some virus and trojans infect the safe mode setup also.
Always check your registry first, to see what is starting up with windows..
You can do this in Safe mode by going to the start menu and typing regedit into the search box.
Any dodgey looking entries with filenames or descriptions like fgsfwsfgwfw etc get rid of. And also get rid of them from the HDD (it will show the path in the registry, if no path check the windows folders)
