If shall you refer to "The Mother" (looks like an over-sized "watchman" hound), you have to spam shots at her face...and when she turns around...shoot her back (where the "red spot" shines); of course, her "children" will hinder you...just do your best.

Just SHOOT it until it turns around, then Continue SHOOT it at the "Red Spot".
