The new 14" Razer Blade looks to be very promising as well as extremely portable with a measured battery life of up to 6 hours (probably way shorter if gaming but still nice to have for general web surfing).
Ah man, so far they are not shipping the blade to Australia :-(, thanks so much guys, having a good look at the moment, found a really decent place on the south side of Brisbane that has really reasonable prices for custom laptops.
@DABhand ,
Hey man what do you think of these specs
i7-4700MQ cpu
16GB DDR3 RAM
nvidia gtx 780m
1.5tb hdd
case Clevo W896BD
Any opinions? Its a nice price tag, but any ideas guys?
I would get a SSD for the OS partition and another 7200 RPM (or higher) HDD for the rest instead of one large HDD (make absolutely sure it's not 5400 RPM). Also, as I said before, I like Radeon more these days because if you compare the latest Radeon and nVIDIA cards, some benchmarks will be won by Radeon and some will be won by nVIDIA but the Radeon cards will always be cheaper but in this particular case I like the GTX 780m because it's so new, I think they just released it two weeks ago.
@Easy
Yeah its good.
