Lol i'll be lucky if i'll get 20fps, my rig is ridiculsly outdated like my old card, i'm upgrading my pc part by part and till next month my card will have to work with e6750 cpu and 4gb ram (so far I added a ssd 120gb gskill and 1tb WD caviar black and soon of course the gpu), I really liked the fact you went for the "k" series with the cpu and the water cooler is a necessity(also cool) when you overclocke like a champ

Ah thanks man, i bought my rig slowly and then upgraded it from there and now i'm happy with it (for the time being).

WD caviar black drives are nice and an SSD is always a plus.

Also the intel haswell chips have just come out and are a bit tempting although i would need to buy a whole new motherboard which puts me off.

    My Money sink:

    I7 3770K
16GB Hyper X RAM (i really dont need this)
    760W PSU
2x 2tb WD Black HDDs (... i dont need this either)
2x 250gb intel SSDs (or this)
    Nvidia GTX780
Asus Matx board, all custom watercooled in a Parvum s2.0 case.

I would wait a little while, i usually tend to wait "Just in case" it never hurts.

Why get 670 or 680 when you can wait a bit and get a 760 or 770.

"The GTX 770 is essentially a re-badge job. As with the GTX 780, there are no advancements in silicon production that we expect to lead to performance or power-consumption enhancements. Instead the new card sports a modest core overclock from 1,006MHz up to 1,046MHz (1,058MHz to 1,085MHz boost) and a slightly more significant memory overclock from 6GHz to 7GHz."

A 780 is the only 700 series that is worth getting until the 790 comes along (which may not be soon due to the titan just releasing)

Personally i'm waiting on the 800 series. Odd-numbered nvidia cards are often lazy.

For the same reason I'm not getting SLI with twin titans--> limited budget.
Btw the gtx780 is already out and is available over here for the price of 1015$ almost as twice as the gtx680..
