    I don't know if its a bug but something in the trainer seems to break the skill recharge timer so they dont recharge.

    Edit: Hmm seems to happen as soon as i acitvate the trainer recharge ability are not recharging after you use em once.

    have the same problem.
    just exit and play without trainer and everything will be fine.
