yup, best to put it in offline mode, since they patched it
again.
2100001283 now, which crashed using the latest trainer
to use trainer i copied the 3 files in the data/PC folder to the main folder so it uses again 2100001280, which works with the last trainer, tested it with the tutorial and this time game didnt crash using the latest trainer.
I have already tried doing this, and the result is the same.
Dont matter if Steam are in offline mode or not or if I use version 2100001283 or version 2100001280.
Maybe that solution works for most people but not for me.
Game crashes with a violation error, or just freezes up.

that's strange
did you copy the 3 files from /data/pc/2100001280 folder to the main folder?, and if so does the game run not using the trainer, or getting a violation error no matter using trainer or not.
I tested it with not copying the files to the main folder, and starting the game directly from the 2100001280 folder, activated the trainer in the main menu, says activated, then started the 1st tutorial and game crashes with a violation error, meaning the trainer needs the 3 files from /data/pc/2100001280 folder in the main game folder.
If that didn't work for you then i have no clue why
Just curious, was there 2 patches today? is that what happened? Only asking cuz i had a nice sized 185 meg dl for it.
yup game patched again to 1284, which seems to be only map data or such i checked the 1283 and 1284 exe versions and they are the same except for 1 byte, they changed it from 3 to 4

Roger that, quick question so to force a rollback you go into offline mode take the 3 files in the previous patch folder 2100001283 and place them in the WARGAME pc folder? Im alil lost. I can see that data folder has pc and wargame subfolders each of those has number patches identical to each other; How exactly do you rollback? Lastly, how do you remove the current patch since i already downloaded the newest one (map data) you said. Thanks

for the latest trainer to work with the game you need 1280
trainer info: WARGAME: AIRLAND BATTLE TRAINER 13.06.03.210 (06.04.2013) equals 2100001280
meaning till this game is stable enough to not see every day new patches, for the latest trainer to work you need a workaround which is the 1280 game patch version
we cannot rollback the map data only the 3 files mentioned from the /data/pc folder
map data seems to be patched incremental, you can check it and you see that a lot of those map data files are only 8 KB, while the original map data is from 1,160KB up to 277,168KB, meaning if you would rollback map data also the game wont run at all missing a lot map data info.
