    7970 Black Edition, i5 3570k, 4GB of RAM, Windows 7 64 bit.

    If someone would be kind enough to tell me a fix or the setting that is butchering my game whenever I am moving rather fast I would appreciate it...

    Ambient Occlusion is OFF.
