Has anyone had an issue where the Infinite Health option applies to enemies as well?

i dont use that option, its tries to keep your health at 100 but my current health is 175 so it keeps flashing back and forth all the time, i just use option 8.

Yea, I did. You'll have to finish them off with Gamepad Y and some you can still finish with "X" but indeed some have infinite health, too. Just work around it if you want to continue using "1" with using "9" additionally. At least I did.

Hmm... my game is unable to run after turning on the trainer. I get a black screen for a few seconds and then back to desktop.

Yes, unfortunately when you use the infinite health option is also applies to all other humanoids and not just yourself, so It is extremely hard to kill them unless you time it perfectly with another attack. With the become a god option you are just wayyy to overpowered and I like the combat in general to remain normal minus having all the skills. So all I did is go into the editor and change the in combat health regen to 100 or whatever and then you are impossible to kill.
