I think rank skins and all that is serverside and bound to the account. but correct me if i'm wrong

yup it is.

everything can be boosted, lvl and bulletins. if you have a willing friend. and with the trainer many of these things are done fast!

the gamestats/userstats are all serverside..

P.S. you arent allowed to use trainers in multiplayer

Will any of that stuff matter in single player campaign?

Matter of fact it does, before i never played vs players, only custom player vs AI and i never got any xp added after winning a match, and with the demo E3 campaign "map" i get now xp for every won battle, which adds up to your statistics. and also it unlocked suddenly some achievements

i managed to edit my level to level 32, client side, i used the achievement manager for steam, its legal since its client files u can edit, but i set all achievements and i did set everything that wasn't protected in statistics to 95000. then i stored it and i jumped from level 9 to 32
