I just thought I would offer some insight for some people who may have issues getting the trainer to run on Windows 10 (post-anniversary patch).
Windows may not recognize the trainer, and thus attempt to use the App store to open it, but if you simply right click and run as administrator, it will work. This is an important step that was outlined in the December 2015 CH tutorial video. I haven't experienced a game crash.
