Galactic Civilizations 2: Ultimate Edition Message Board  

Has anyone had an issue with this trainer not working with the DLC content of the Ultimate Edition? I have only just gotten to the DA DLC, but am having issues with (2)Research and (6)Colonists not working on the first mission.

Research doesn't seem to work for me but everything else i've tried does.

same problem here, research doesn't seem to work me when using another alien race, or custom race





it only works fine if I use human (terran)

I was revisiting this game and thought I'd mention that the "Research In 1 Turn" option only works correctly with the Terran race.

Playing as any other race will give intermittent results, i.e. it might work at first, then stop, even though all of the other trainer options will work.

The trainer is stil marked as "Active" so I'm hoping there may be an update that will allow it to work for all races as that seems to be the cause of the issue.

edit: on 2015-12-17 the game was updated so the current trainer crashes the game when enabled.

Is there any chance that the trainer will get an update to support GalCiv2 v2.20 that was released on 2015-12-17?

I would also be very interested in a trainer update for the new GalCiv 2 V2.20
