You can try downloading an offline key, completely disabling/deleting your network connection and seeing if it helps. Make sure you right click run as admin on the trainer. Offline keys will only work when the network connection is completely absent.

Ok, so I may or may not of found the issue, it perhaps is that the trainer is not the correct version of "Wargame: European Escalation"
The trainer's version is: V13.01.07.67 The Game's current version is: V13.03.11.670000732
Would there ever be the chance of the trainer being updated in the future?

That game is retired.
Everyone on the board was requesting a new trainer all the time if i remember correctly.
