I got mine, it was in the first closed area after being shot at, the 500 coins is in a form of a gold bar on the table.

The armor is in the Bar with those creepy Brother and Sister duo.

But all the stuff is there I had used them, when I picked up my first lockpick I got another 5 for the bonus from Industrial Revolution also.

So I think people are getting a bit lazy and want things handed to them instead of doing a little bit of looking to get them :P

And its not hard to not see them lol

EDIT: To be honest and don't take this the wrong way, people are way too impatient. If a game doesn't smack you in the face with everything at once, it has to be a bad game.. etc.

Even people gave Infinite bad reviews because "its nothing like Rapture"... I just facepalm at these guys.. it was never going to be like Rapture because it ISN'T Rapture lol

i just did a fresh run, from the start, just to see if it was a one time bug, nope, still nothing in the resturant, nada, im also missing the in-game popup you're suppose to get that says you activated DLC

this is an issue they need to fix fast, unless they wanna suffer the wrath of customers

No idea why its blocking for you, when you right click on your Steam list and check downloadable content does it say its activated?

the dlc list only contains the industrial puzzle, which i played tru, and activated yesterday, season pass is missing from my dlc list, despite the fact i bought it, and the store page for it also states i already got it

the five rewards from the puzzle game is also missing, despite being on my dlc list on steam

Yes it is, because there isn't any DLC yet technically like extra missions etc.

But someone found a way to activate his stuff.

Try this. Leave the Blue ribbon restaurant, go back to the "Fireman" miniboss area, then exit the game to desktop. Restart steam. Start Bioshock infinite and continue your game. You should receive a popup message saying you need to collect your rewards in Blue ribbon restaurant. In the restaurant, look for the female NPC that gives you the Shield item. The table next to her should have the rewards. 3 gift parcels and 1 gold bar.

no luck, tried twice, also tried verifying cache, and it downloadet a 8 mb file, no change after that either, think im just gonna leave it for a couple of days till they get their act together

Wow. What a story. Finished the game in 16 hrs without paying attention to all these (to me) sidequests like achievements, secret places etc. just wanted to finish the story. Not going to spoil it for anyone and I am sure as hell playing it a 2nd and a 3rd time. Wonderful game!

Definitely in the lead for game of the year for 2013, I'd say Dishonored won 2012 game of the year.
