A custermor should be able to come here and not worry about what there going to say or ask (being polite that is) But i do, and hardly say anything due to the responce from a member of the staff here usually results in arragance or abuse or just plain ignorance. Seems rather unfare that you with moderation tools can say as you please but if we swear or are arragent we face bans or post removals.

Reall am angered by the lack in attitudes. A paying custermor should not be treated like this.
A paying customer should not be getting mad at the staff. Too many times have I seen paying customers get mad at the staff because the customer can't get the trainer to work.
That is really the only time I see PWix get mad is when another user is being disrespectful.
The CH staff do excellent work and they deserve our respect.

basically you're right but the big difference is that we are not really customers but more like a donors to the cause, the staff are not getting reacher from our 50-100$ they buy games in order to create trainers and update them, they work very hard and their "payment" is our appreciation so insted of complaining all the time members should try to post thank you notes more often and the attitude will be accordingly.
