Well it would be hard to go forward in time because Desmond died, now I think about it they can't go back either Desmond is dead. I'm very curious of how they are gonna do this..

ghost in the machine. like the other guy.. uh number 16? or was he number 17? the guy who wrote stuff for Desmond in AC1 using his own blood..

anyway my guess is they will solve it with him being a ghost in the machine like number 16 was in one of the game from AC2 dont remember if it was in the main game or one of the standalone "expansions"
but if you ask me its high time to retire the series its no longer a game its more a button bashing microsecond quicktime event filled interactive movie.

I agree it's time to retire it and they should continue on a new game, I'm sure if they put their mind to it they would be able to make an awesome game.

And I believe it was in ACR that we saw number 16 as a ghost/mind captured in the animus.

It turned into a Call of Assassins series, releases every year and each game is filled with bugs and glitches. Just look at how bad the PC version of AC3 was. All this makes me more skeptical towards Watch Dogs.

I'll get it to see what it's like before making my final judgement. From what i'm seeing so far, i'll probably enjoy it cause I love the naval combat in 3 as well as games that involve exploration.

I would't want AC to die off, its one of my all time fav games. but i must admit, i don't like the navel battles. the tree climbing in the AC3 is a great idea. like to see more of that.
