Pwhiz mentioned before that the F8 seems to work for some folks and not for others and would only work intermittently anyway.
It doesn't work for me either but its a not a big thing. The QTE in this game aren't as bad any some others out there...

Even though it gets me perfectly thru the sequence, the "Perfect Sequence" isn't as perfect as you like: after it has finished, you are essentially in a kind of no-clip mode, from which there is no escape. ;(

May not be important to you, but I have some physical disabilities that make it nearly impossible for me to get it right. So yeah, I would much appreciate it if someone looked at it, after all.

That grey 'no-clip' experience means that the F8 sequence simply didn't work and the infinite health is keeping you alive and clashing with the restart; like its been said, it works for some people and not others. I'm sorry you trouble with the QTEs and frankly, i'd LOVE it if it worked but there appears to be nothing that can be done about it...

Actually, F8 *did* work. And it wasn't the infinite health keeping me alive (in a cave with a wolf, in the first mountain village sequence). Rather, Lara sighs in relief that she survives, but after that you can't move her/the camera anymore (just the arrow-keys move her).
In this particu;lar case, I just killed the game, restarted it, and after 'resume' it seemed to have made a checkpoint just outside the cave, so I could just continue from there.
This trainer allows me to play the game at all. The QTE's are so impossible to do that I'd have deleted the game after the third try without the trainer.

I managed to get past the wolf QTE by doing the following: 1. Use F8 to get past the sequence. 2. You'll be stunned and unable to move with the camera locked. Use the Noclip cheat and the arrow keys and get to the camp tent (use the map to navigate). 3. I used the '+' Button a bit to raise the char in case it was below ground. 4. Save position (F7) 5. Reload from checkpoint 6. You'll be before the ridiculous QTE. Press F1 (godmode) Press F8 (teleport) The game should continue with you giving the guy the meds 7. QTE skipped
