Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I've been an unlimited member for a while. I let my subscription expire recently, then I bought another month and let it expire as well. Tried the trainers after expiration but apparently they only work for unlimited users. So, I bought another year of unlimited today and downloaded a fresh trainer for Empire Total War, tried it, same thing. "This trainer has failed an authenticity check and is no longer authorized for use." I downloaded another trainer for Hitman: Bloodmoney, says "Invalid Trainer User". Can you guys help?

Clear your browser cache, disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software. Delete all trainers and the folder they are in and re-download. Clear your network router cache. Right click run as admin on trainer. It may take some time for your network to uncache the blocked status as your account expired and was reactivated.

Yep, that fixed it. Cleared all cache and rebooted. Thanks for the quick reply!
