I have an original copy of Premier Manager 2012 and was wondering why there is no trainer for this one as there is one for PM2013.

cheathappens trains a lot of games, but we can't and don't train every game.
so to answer your question, there is no trainer for PM2012 because a trainer was never made for it >_>
