not sure if this was fixed in the update you have submitted but has yet been uploaded. or the update is allready posted and has an error. but everytime i try to start the trainer i just get an error sound after clicking ok on the box that pops up saying" click to start programme" and nothing happens.

disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software. right click run as admin on trainer.

yeah. iv used trainers in the past and checked on the others i have downloaded and they start up/ work fine. i only have microsoft security essentials. it doesnt view the trainers as viruses. i also have tried turning that off just in case. i get the same problem. iv also redownloaded the trainer and still no luck.

I just downloaded your personalized trainer and it worked fine. This trainer is not like any other and shouldn't be treated as such. If you don't want to follow our advice then don't complain.
