You can find everything in your norton manual or on their website:

    Hi dstates,

I tried to right click the trainer and run as administrator but do not have this possibility, the trainer does not allow me. If I disable the AV my PC wont be at risk to get viruses from the internet? How does it work? I dont understand. need some advice pls. Thank you.

the "run as administrator" feature is only available on windows vista, 7, and 8. I just assumed you had one of those operating systems since majority of people do. Disabling your AV can put you at risk to get viruses, but you're only disabling it to use the trainer and play your game, so if you're worried about the risk of infecting your computer, just done use the internet while the AV is disabled. Once you're done playing, you can enable the AV again.

    Hi dstates,

I changed my firewall from active to allow and custom for the cheat happens website, my firewall shows that allows any communication with this website, but still when I wanna play the game in single mode, the trainer is recognized by the game and when I wanna play the game, it crashes, I get the same massege iw5sp.exe stopped working properly. Any ideas?

If you are concerned about working or playing the game with your internet connection active try this..

First.. Go to the tools link recommended in the trainers for
the offline play code tool. Download and run the tool on the
computer you are planning to run the game and trainer on and
copy the file it creates into your game where you have the
game .exe file and the trainer .exe file.. This will give the
trainer the offline cert code it needs to run while you are
    offline..

Next. Turn off your antivirus and firewall and either lock or
block your internet connection using internet settings or just
    unplug your internet connection..

Then. Set the trainer and game executes to run as administrator
and when you lauch STEAM tell it to run in offline mode...

You should now be able to run the trainer and game in offline
singleplayer mode with no problems. As others have said. Run
the latest trainer release for any games running under STEAM
because STEAM automatically updates your games.

Then. When you are done playing just remember to reactivate
your antivirus and firewall before you reconnect your internet
cable. That's how I do it when I want to play none stop games.

    Hope this helps you.
OH.. And P.S. We don't call 'em hacks here... We affectionately
    call them trainers..
