Smoked for years. Quit a year and a half ago. Best thing I ever did. But also at the same time quit my heavy drinking. I have had one alcoholic drink this year so far.
I used to smoke pot a lot, but I quit last July as it was toying with my mental health. Never smoked cigarettes, but I do occasionally smoke a cigar with a glass of whiskey when I'm drinking with friends.

Yeah I could do with a cigar with a nice dram. Also Before I got into the security industry I used to self medicate with cannabis every Friday which kept my temper down to a minimum to next Friday. Obviously now I don't take that either but my anger has blown through the roof at time's. But for me to get it now. Its not easy at all. But my girl friend is able to pull me down.
