thats all i meant to say as well... ring race, drift race, boost race all have ridiculous timers. and why is a good, fun game considered "b rate"? because its not marketed to high heaven like the crappy games? (black ops 2 for instance)

because kotaku and other site don't like hard games this game is hard, even i find it harder than Dark souls i finished Dark souls without any cheats but this game make me scream from anger but it still very fun and challenging if you activate unlimited weapons , chaos will happen
There's timers during career mode, with the Ring Challenges, Boost Challenges, etc. Which all involve the timer.
To be honest, I didn't find it to be rather hard to complete these challenges even on the hardest difficulty, yeah sure a few retrys, but it's not impossible to accomplish.
But if you do add the timer for the challenges in career mode, it will be greatly appreciated.

So I finished Grand Prix and it seems finishing all of the Grand Prix cups ALSO unlocks S Difficulty (Seems there was no SS Difficulty, my mind was playing a trick on me)
So if you can't unlock it due to using the unlock World Tours trainer option, do all the GPs and you'll get it. Just in case anyone had a problem. =>
