One hundred percent yes. Specially that you have played the last versions. So I don't really understand why you haven't got the title yet.
I didn't get the ME3, because i only heard bad opinions bout how bad the game was and how many ppl were dissapointed bout it :/
The game itself is awesome, I'm still playing it. Despite some people are mad because the ending was not based on their propensities.
people are mad, because EA made this huge PR stunt (around the time ME 2 was released i belive), that choices in the first and second game would change the outcome of the third depending on all your choices...
fast forward to ME 3, not a single goddamn thing, done in either 2 games, had an affect on the ending, instead we got a half assed ending, that felt like a 12 year old had written
like it or not, that IS the truth
TLDR: you like the game, fine, but stop trying to make it look like it was only 0.01 % that was unhappy with the game
I thought bout buyin the ME 3, since i have ME 1 and 2... but most of my friends tell me its not worth buyin..
So is it worth it? or will i just throw my money in the garbage?

I would advise you to buy it. Even when I heard about all the complaining about it does not mean I would have issues with it at all. The game is enjoyable the story is continued right to the end and the characters. So do not listen to the put downers. Form your own opinion. I still liked the ending.
