I am a veteran user of your trainers. I recently renewed my membership (paid in full), downloaded a trainer (it downloaded just fine), went to open the trainer and a ugly red banner appeared across the top saying, "Invalid Trainer User." I have no anti-virus software, or firewalls active. I have not in any way changed the configuration of my computer since last successfully using one of your trainers. I downloaded another trainer, went to open it, and got the same banner across the top. I scanned the entire "Trainer Troubleshooting" page and found nothing relevant to this problem.
You didn't have any trouble cashing my payment, why should I have trouble using your product?
Well, for one, smart ass, you HAD a trial account and let it expire. So, your trainers were blocked. THEN you upgraded your account after the fact. Your PC has cached the block and you need to clear it or wait for it to clear on its own. I would tell you how, but you didn't pay for that.
