Well, actually I read that you can unlock it before already adding the line

+DLCManifests=(DLCID="Perk_SuperDante",bChangesMainMenu=true,bToggledByUser=true)

after

+DLCManifests=(DLCID="Costume_Pack1_DanteNinja",bChangesMainMenu=true,bToggledByUser=true)

in the DLC file DevilGame/Published/Content/DLCDanteOriginal/DevilGame.ini

Though, I didn't try it because you get 50% Score penalty and I barely use Devil Trigger :-)

the reset timer is for when you unlock certain areas using the keys and then you can enter those areas to do events that are timed.

no idea what other areas might have timers or if portions of the game have timers.

since we cannot exchange save games it's impossible to check every timer.

So yeah, this trainer works best, even without some of the more coveted options.
