So, i bought myself the 1 year subscription to be able to download your awesome trainers.
I recently tried the free 1 month trial you had and tried out the XCOM trainer. It worked perfect, and as i should know when the free trial month was gone the trainer stopped working, and so it did.
Now after my new subscription it still says, as the topics name, Invalid Trainer User, and even the new trainer i've downloaded says the same.
Any ideas on whats wrong? Ive been trying to disable my AVG but still dont wanna work, and I also tried the troubleshooting guide but doesnt work either, says Invalid Trainer User still...
Clear your browser cache, disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software. Delete all trainers and the folder they are in and re-download. Clear your network router cache. Right click run as admin on trainer. It may take some time for your network to uncache the blocked status as your account expired and was reactivated.

Not to pester or anything but how long can it take you think? And if i understood correctly, theres something you admins have to fix or is it something my computer have to fix? :P
It is usually cookies that are the cause of this. Make sure to clear them out completely, and then retry the download it should work.
I am sure Pwiz also checked your account to make sure you have access to the trainers, again I think its the cookie from when you got a trial and used it and its still on your system.
