Last night I downloaded the trainer for Farcry 3. The latest version.

Some time later that night I got an email from ubisoft saying my account information had changed. Now I can't log in to my uplay account and it has no record of my email address.

The email notification was also sent to uplay11101742@playbay.su and the name changed to eeao.

I do not appreciate using a PAID cheat service only to have spyware/malware installed on my machine and my game account STOLEN.

You guys need to take this trainer down right now.

Cheathappens was founded in 2006 2001 if i remember correctly and we got thousands of grateful customers. Do you really think we would put bad things in our trainers? Hell no, we don't.

I recommend to use a boot disk and scan your computer and contact ubisoft to get your account back, good luck

I've already scanned my computer with malwarebytes and 2 other antivirus products. I have no virus, keyloggers, or anything of the sort.

I've been playing farcry 3 for several days with no problem but within an hour of using this trainer my uplay account was stolen.

Would it kill you to examine the trainer? It should be simple enough to monitor it's network activity on a test box.

If you guys created the trainer using a trainer toolkit it's possible the toolkit has a backdoor. I'm not saying you guys are hacking, I'm saying that something in this trainer is stealing uplay accounts.

There is no malware or account stealing code in any of our trainers. TENS OF THOUSANDS of users have used the same trainer. If there was any such code don't you think there would be TENS OF THOUSANDS of people complaining about it instead of just you? We haven't stayed in business for *11 YEARS* by stealing people's accounts and loading them with spyware. Look for another source to your problem.

I'm not saying you guys are hacking. Unless you are writing the trainer, interface, and everything from scratch then you are probably using a trainer maker tool of some kind and it's possible it has a back door.

When I get some time I'm going to sandbox the trainer and monitor it's network activity.

We make all of our software from scratch. We're not a little kiddie operation making trainers with Trainer Maker Kit. Sandbox anything you want.
