I'd like to have Infinite Equip Load to pretty much be in effect always. The trainer itself works fine, I can activate the option without an issue, but there doesn't seem to be any way of getting it to stay without having to use the trainer.

Is there any way at all to do this? It doesn't work with Cheat Engine, the game instantly forces the values back to what they should be, and I don't want to have to keep launching the trainer all the time just to have infinite equip load.
