Is it possible to use 1 serial key for 2 steam accounts for a game?
I don't have a signature, can I stamp my finger instead?

I thought the same thing. The only reason I could see not wanting to use the same account on 2 PC's, is if someone else is wanting to play something on Steam at the same time, which would then only let 1 person on the account (obviously)

Actually, I wanted to play multiplayer game. So you mean it's not possible to play multiplayer with one serial key? (LAN)

Unfortunately, no. If you try to log into the same Steam account on multiple PC's, it will automatically log the other one out. And since the CD Keys are a 1-use-only code, you cannot redeem it on another Steam Account.

I have 2 PCs at home and I must buy the game for each one separately? This is lame.

Well it counts as 2 people. They don't care if you have 2 or 9000 PCs, still 1 key per account, however you can copy the local files so you don't have to download on both
