disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software. right click run as admin on trainer. this trainer was written by a different author using a different template.

Looking for an Idiot Check with the 1.0.2014 version of the Trainer. I am running Steam version of BGEE. I have tried this on two computers, 1 With AV disabled and the other with the AV REMOVED. I am running the Trainer as an Administrator on an administrator privileged account. The Trainer constantly says BGEE is not running.
Suggestions for the non-detect? It started last weekend while I was on vacation. I have re-downloaded all the game data on one of my computers and that didn't work either
The stats of my party drop down to incredibly low numbers as do calculated stats like Max HP etc.
I am using the version distributed via Beamdog, not Steam.
Changing the stats only works for a limited time.

I have tried to reproduce it, it happens but I cannot exactly say what triggers it. So, basically what end up happening most of the time, is that the maximum HP are set to 1 or 2 and remain there.
