Currently having a problem running the trainer. At the game menu, I press F1 to activate the trainer, and it goes into a loop of saying "Activated/Deactivated" really really fast. As soon as it starts this, I cannot play the game at all, no trainer functions work, and it's really dsitracting with the voice loop.

I've tried running it in admin mode, turning off my antivirus, re-validating the Steam files, clearing my cache and re-dowloading the trainer.

I really don't know what to do. I love this game, and never had an issue with the trainer before. I tried using the trainer/editor also listed, but I crash after about five minutes of playing when I do. As far as I know, there hasn't been an update since Dec 20th, and the trainer was working perfectly before.

Can anybody please help?

Also thought I should add that I tried to remap the keys with the built-in customize option. But it requires to first press F1 to activate the trainer first, which starts the loop. And no matter what key I tried to reassign, it reassigned it to F8. And each time it would add a new step into the loop. (i.e Activate/Deactive, ActivateActivate/DeactivateDeactivate, ect)

edit: it has now stopped doing it and is working perfectly again. Not sure what happened, but all is well.
