I don't know if anybody else is having a similar problem, but the trainer/editor file doesn't want to work for me. I am running Windows 8, I launch the executable (fc30, I think it's called).
I click okay in the dialog box, and the OS then asks me which program I would like to use to open ".tmp" files.
It's pretty strange. The trainer (fc3.exe) works just fine for me, with no compatibility issues. Tried another editor, the one for Borderlands 2. That one works just fine. Very strange.
Anybody have any idea what's going on?
Try to run the game as Admin. If you only use the trainer only version, there is no such problem.
I have tried to run as admin, and I have tried to run it in every possible compatibility mode that Windows 8 offers me.
I am currently using the trainer/only version, but would like to be able to use the editor.
Does anyone From Uk have the Ubisoft Digital download The Lost Expeditions version and can tell me if the trainers work for it? Need to know as im having a Custom trainer made for this game. Thanks,

I've tried all the solutions and I can not put the trainer running. I've read and reread everything.
My system: MS Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit SP1 Intel Core i5-2500k CPU @ 3.30GHz 8GB RAM NVIDIA Geforce GTX 560 TI

Have you tried running the game in administrator and trainer. Already remove Kaspersky. I've run the game and the trainer in compatibility mode with Windows Vista. Nothing worked. Until now put the trainer in the game folder.
When I start the game I click on "F1" on the main menu, I hear the sound saying activate Trainer. But when I enter the game keys do not work. Carry on Numpad 0 and nothing happens for example.
Anychance maybe adding a ''Minimize'' Function on the Trainers in the Future. Just find it would be easier on my taskbar than on the desktop.

Nice Trainer, but I'm going to have to test the 'NoReload' cheat.
Every other cheat on this trainer gave me no problem what so ever.
Played for a few hours or so, and decided to turn on the NoReload and for a couple of minutes or so. It froze. Gave me a blue screen and almost failed my hardware.
I'm not saying, that it could be this cheat, but going to test it out again. I hope I'm not the only one with this problem.
