so i'm loving this game and the chance for someone who sucks at sneaking and killin with a marvelous trainer, to finish this game on professional. so i thought. there is a way of accessing each level again and again w/o starting a new game but what i had to find out, the game records the latest playthrough of that level, not the best one. and some ratings are really weird. for example i got the rating "shadow" for personal contract because i finished it unseen, didn't kill anybody but the 4 guards with point shooting in the end but they didn't spot me but i also didn't get the silent assassin bonus for that. a cpl others i finished on silent assassin. do you have to finish all levels on professional at least and what's the rating order anyways? is it worst (5) agent, 2nd worst (4) veteran, 3rd worst (3) specialist, 2nd best (2) shadow and best (1) silent assassin? might this one be bugged?

It means difficulty level of the game itself. Easy, Normal, Hard, Expert, Purist. If you play the game on hard you will unlock the Absolution achievement for beating the game as a professional.

that's it? gee, thanks, i'm playing on hard now.
@TheBear ya. but it seems so random. meh, without the trainer i wouldn't even bother playing anything but normal.

agree. played it 3 times on normal and it wasn't less fun because you always figure out a new way. but i do need the trainer on hard now. btw it's pretty silly how fast your disguise is blown, don't you think? why disguise myself if it's blown the second i pass someone without using intuition? i won't even play expert until i have memorized all the levels
and as for the play styles...i didn't pay attention to them until i realized i had 15 of them already, more accidently than intended. now i was pursuing them and cannot achieve maestro at all. did you get that play style yet?

nevermind, maestro was falsly described on some other site, this one is of better help, it's for ps3 but that doesn't matter. Link
