They don't have point and shoot (Q) for old men like me. Is there any other way to get them ballers back from that sweety in the competition?
Yes the point and shoot using Crtl n Q works. But that's really the only way to get a good score in that bit. I nearly had 800 or you are insanely great at shooting.

It might be a bit harder to do but there is a way to do it without doing the competition at all. The key to the case in a safe in the owners room. If you would like more details I could pm you how to do it.
You can also jack them using the fire alarm but you have to get the keys first...I never did it without having to kill a few people, but there are a series of tunnels out along the range that you use to get to the back of the shooting range where it is off limits.
Look around a good bit, there are a ton of things to distract guards with and you can jack them if you would rather do that than shoot for them.
