Dugg up the necklace And I'm back at the control center,dad says I need to plug in the power supplies,Can't find how to do this anywhere.Any help would be appreciated.

I found idividual youtube videos on each of the 3 power supplies.

Walk around the Sanctuary and, there are zones you have to interact in order to unlock - the plugs are in those areas.
