I can't proceed any further in the game because once I buy the lumber in the trading menu it tells me to press the backspace key to exit the trading menu but it doesn't work. Any ideas? Hear lots of people have this bug so I know I'm not the only one with it. The game has played great up until this point.
Strange, the way it works if it's the tutorial is that you are to buy one unit of lumber and instead of exiting the menu you are supposed to go to the other tab for crafting and create a barrel out of it by following the instructions it provides. (I've had issues with navigating those menus with the keyboard, mouse control works pretty well though.)

Spend 3 hours last night trying to fix this anoying bug. What you said DO work.
- Start the game - Buy wood - When exciting that menu use backspace - Then use your right arrow key to switch to trade menu (DO NOT CLICK OR SCROLL) - Use enter button to go in to trade menu - Only use enter button in there to send convoy

Then for some reason the spacebar will work.

Yes! It does work. Thanks guys! Now I can proceed with this game. Just remember folks - Do NOT touch your mouse or move your mouse at all in this menu or the game will lock up. You can only use the keyboard keys. Very strange.
