I must restart the game and the trainer for it work again, it's normal ?

I noticed the ammo option was not working for me either. It did work for the Chinatown mission and a few others but usually only for the Hardballers... Doesn't work for other weapons such as sub-machine guns or rifles etc.
I just turn on option 4 to compensate for it in the meantime.

Do not use the mouse to enter into the other screens press enter as quickly as possible. It appears to be the anti cheat program that is in the game. There is nothing that can be done to stop that.
