Yeah there seems to be multiple variations of the game exe.
Or at least Steam, Retail and Digital 1.0 and 1.01 (Trainer and editor works absolutely fine with the retail 1.01 exe that I have but it won't work at all - crashes as soon as the game begins - with the digital exe - which is 1.01 at start without needing a separate patch - this is unfortunate and will make it a bit annoying but hopefully the 1.02 update will unify this a bit more.)
EDIT: There is also a regional difference between the Russian "multi-5" version and the WorldWide "multi-12" versions after checking those exe files against one another.
There has been no additional patches for this game. Current trainers tested and working with the corresponding game versions. We have no idea if there are 100 different localized versions of this game out there and we wouldn't be supporting them even if there were. You guys are welcome to send us an exe to examine, but so far we have received nothing.
Should work fine as the people with the naughty version have a Russian version with an english localisation file. And if their greedy mittens is using the trainer then the .exe file is the same for all languages.
I can confirm the it works for my russian friend.

Thanks for the Assasins Three trainer. It works well until you need to "interact" with another character, and with the trainer on, you can't interact. ANy ideas why this is happening? Thanks
